  • What vitamins are in Yanga sports water, and what do they do for me?

    All Yanga flavors contain vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and B8. Each has an important function, and together they are vital for maintaining good health. 

    • B1 (thiamine) helps convert nutrients into energy. 
    • B3 (niacin) plays an important role in cellular signaling, metabolism and DNA production. 
    • B5 (pantothenic acid) helps your body get energy from food, but is also important for hormone and cholesterol production. 
    • B6 (pyridoxine) is involved in amino acid metabolism, red blood cell production and neurotransmitter formation. 
    • B8 (biotin) is essential in breaking down carbohydrates and fats. 
  • Does Yanga sports water contain sugar?

    There is no sugar in Yanga sports water. Instead, we use sweeteners, which give a sweet taste without the added calories. A 500 ml bottle contains less than 10 calories, even if you choose the strongest intensity.

  • What sweeteners are used?

    Yanga contains the following sweeteners: acesulfame-K and sucralose.

    Our sports water does not contain aspartame.

  • Are sweeteners dangerous?

    Sweeteners such as those used in Yanga sports water are thoroughly tested before being introduced to the market. All sweeteners used by Yanga are FDA and UFSA approved.

  • Does Yanga sports water contain potential allergens?

    Yanga sports water contains no substances that can lead to the most common food allergies. It is also safe for people with lactose and gluten intolerances.

    If in doubt about your personal situation, we advise you to consult a dietician or doctor. 

  • Does Yanga sports water contain animal ingredients?

    We love animals and would never harm them! Yanga is therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

  • I am following a diet to lose weight, can I still drink Yanga sports water?

  • What is the best time to drink Yanga sports water?

    Maybe halfway through a squat or pull-up is not the best time, but otherwise you can drink Yanga Sports Water at any time during your visit to the gym.

  • Is Yanga an energy drink?

    Yanga Lemon, Coconut Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Orange, Multifruit, Prickly Pear and Blackcurrant contain natural flavors and are enriched with vitamins. 

    And now there is also an energy variant, Berry Boost, which contains caffeine. It is available at select gyms.

  • Is Yanga sports water available in a store or online?

    Yanga Sports Water is exclusive to the fitness industry, so you can only find it in gyms with a Yanga Hydration Station.

  • Why do I have to bring my own water bottle?

    Do your part to reduce waste by bringing your own water bottle and filling it at the Hydration Station. Remember that every time you do this, instead of buying a single-use plastic bottle, you are helping the environment!
