At Yanga, we build technology that enables movement – literally. Whether you’re strengthening relationships with top fitness partners or opening new opportunities in your local market, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager in France who is commercially driven, deeply connected to the fitness landscape in France, and excited to grow Yanga across the region.
What you’ll do
- Scout and support the creation of new business opportunities
- Manage small customers (<10 locations) independently
- Support large accounts (>10 locations) together with the local sales business manager (C-level signs all deals)
- Map out market potential and track opportunities
- Act as Yanga’s trusted commercial link at club level
- Own commercial results together with your local business manager + HQ sales manager
- Grow margin and revenue by developing growth plans with customers
- Monitor competitors to protect Yanga’s leading position
- Represent Yanga at national & regional industry events, congresses, and fitness shows
- Collaborate with our marketing team on market-fit campaigns
- Visit clubs regularly — you are Yanga’s eyes and ears in the region
- Provide insights on pricing and discounts
- Train club staff to ensure successful Yanga adoption
- Support the launch & opening of new clubs
You’re a perfect fit if you
- Have 3–5 years’ experience in a similar commercial role
or relevant experience in the fitness industry (e.g., cluster/regional club manager) - Are fluent in French & English
- Are based in France, centrally located to travel efficiently
- Enjoy independent field work and managing your own region
- Are willing to travel frequently within France (~4 days per week)
- Can travel to HQ in the Netherlands once per month
- Understand the fitness/hydration market and have a commercial mindset
- Have (ideally) an existing network in the fitness ecosystem
- Are a relationship-builder who enjoys face-to-face interactions
- Are authentic, trustworthy, organised, and proactive
- Know how to work with Power BI
What we offer you
💰 Salary between €3,800 and €4,500 gross per month (full-time, depending on experience)
💸 13th-month salary in December
